Welcome Welcome to Redfords first news letter, lets start with Happy New Year and we hope you had a lovely festive season. The Winter has flown by and Spring is just around the corner, Easter is early this year so it wont be long until you can all enjoy a long weekend in your caravan. We only have two more months until we open the gates for the 2016 season and we have lots of new exciting things planed, including 3 live artists, cocktail night and Easter bonnet. Caravans For Sale
Recipe Parsnip Crisps Ingredients 600g (1 1/4lb) parsnips 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander Generous pinch smoked paprika Method Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Slice thinly. Pat dry with kitchen paper, tip into a bowl mix in the oil and spices, season well. Layer on two baking sheets. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning frequently, until golden at the edges. Carefully transfer the crisps from the baking sheets to some kitchen paper to drain any excess oil – they will crisp up as they cool. Serve warm or cold.
